2019年5月23日，美国商务部在联邦通告中发布通知对进口自中国的石英台面产品发布了反倾销调查的肯定性终裁结果，调查期为2017年10月1日至2018年3月31日，强令性应诉企业为：Foshan Yixin Stone Co., Ltd；Foshan Hero Stone Co., Ltd. (Hero Stone)； Guangzhou Hercules Quartz Stone Co., Ltd和Suzhou Colorquartzstone New Material Co., Ltd., Shanghai Meiyang Stone Co., Ltd., CQ International Limited.（CQ International）。2019年6月28日，美国商务部收到了美国国际贸易委员会的损害调查的肯定性终裁结果，根据双方发布的肯定性终裁结果，美国商务部于2019年7月11日在联邦通告中发布了反倾销税令，具体的税率结果如下表所示：
